Introduction
Welcome to OASIS International Hospital. The Patient Services Department of OASIS International Hospital is available to help all patients and their family members, from newborn to elderly, and all staff and staff family members. Our goal is to ensure that you "experience healthcare excellence." Patient Services Department is dedicated to assisting patients with retrieving information about doctors, services, facilities, equipment, and prices; taking tours of the hospital and meeting medical staff; making appointments for GPs and specialists; registering for appointments; billing questions and concerns; retrieval and resolution of customer complaints and customer suggestions for improvement; accommodating patient family/friends; assisting with hotel reservations; and more.
A customer must simply express interest in either retrieving information or providing feedback about OASIS services. A customer does not need to be a current patient. If you have any questions about your care, please ask! Front-line patient services staff, nurses, doctors, and all other medical staff are dedicated to meeting your needs.
Patient Services Representatives are usually the first people you come in contact with at OASIS. You can contact a Patient Services staff member from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday. If you have concerns outside of these hours, you can be connected to an on-call supervisor by telephone.

ATM
OASIS has a Bank of China ATM conveniently located next to the main cashier and pharmacy on the first floor of the hospital. Patients can withdraw money in local RMB.
Gift Shop by Counting Sheep
On the first floor of the hospital, across from the Family Medicine clinic and next to the Emergency Room of OASIS, you can find a gift shop by Counting Sheep. You can find a selection of baby necessities, maternity and new mom goods, toys, greetings cards, and more.
Le Jarden Café
You can find the Le Jarden Café on the first floor of the hospital, next to the main reception. The café serves western meals, snacks, and beverages like coffee, tea, and soda. Le Jarden Café is open 8:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Saturday.

District in Beijing.
Directions
From Downtown Beijing (Chaoyang or Haidian District)
1. Take 3rd or 4th Ring Road to Jingmi Road northbound.
2. Follow Jingmi Road northbound towards 798 Art District.
3. Exit at Jiuxianqiao Bei Lu and turn right under Dashanzi Bridge.
4. At the first traffic light, turn slightly left (east) on Jiuxianqiao Bei Lu.
5. OASIS is 250 meters ahead on the left, by the crosswalk.
From the Northeast (Shunyi)
1. Take Airport Expressway southbound to exit Jingmi Road.
2. Follow the offramp towards Dashanzi Bridge.
3. Turn right under the bridge towards Jiuxianqiao Bei Lu.
4. At the first traffic light, turn slightly left (east) on Jiuxianqiao Bei Lu.
5. OASIS is 250 meters ahead on the left, by the crosswalk.
For patients and their families that don't live in Beijing, the Patient Services Department can assist you with finding accommodations near and transportation to and from OASIS. We can assist with getting around by local transportation (taxi, bus, or subway) should you need assistance. We have arrangements with nearby hotels where you can book a hotel room at a discounted rate.
You have the right to request a copy of your medical records
You have the right to access information contained within your medical record within a reasonable timeframe. To request a copy of your reception@oasishealth.cn medical records or a single report, download, print, complete, and sign the Informed Consent for Release of Information form. Email to or bring it to the hospital. Your request will be processed within 5 working days. We will mail a copy of your records to the address specified in completed Informed Consent for Release of Information form. You may also opt to pick up a copy of your medical records from OASIS International Hospital between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
